Dr. Batayneh founded Profess Graphics in 1991. Since then she rapidly grew the business by hard work and by hiring the highest qualifications. The Hub has become the competing agency in leading the market in Jordan, and part of a vibrant international network.

In February 2015 was launched under the new identity of The Hub with 4 specialized entities namely, Pgraphics, DGTell, Inkwell and 4mula Media.
